Mr. Robert Broten is a distinguished banker with a career spanning over 22 years having served in both local and international banks in America. Mr. Robert served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameren Corporation from 2014 to January 2022. Mr. Robert also serves as the Chairman of the Edison Electric Institution, an association representing all U.S. investor-owned electric companies. He has served in this role since June 2022 and was Vice Chairman from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Robert served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameren Missouri from 2009 to 2014 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ameren Corporation from 2003 to 2009. Before joining Ameren, Mr. Robert served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).
James. G Mills
Head of GovernanceJames. G Mills is senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer of U.S. Bank. He joined our company in this role in 2020 to develop and implement the human resources and talent agenda that enables U.S. Bank to achieve our strategic goals and objectives. As part of this charter, he leads all programs and services in the areas of human capital planning, employee recruiting and onboarding, organizational and talent development, employee and retiree support, and compensation and benefits. Elcio holds a bachelor’s degree from the Universidade de Santo Amaro, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Head of Internal AuditDavid is a senior executive vice president and general counsel of Standard Charttered Bank Hawaii. He joined our company in that role in 2013, previously serving as general counsel and corporate secretary of former U.S. Bancorp subsidiary Piper Jaffray. Under his leadership, our law division was recognized among the most innovative in the country by Corporate Counsel magazine. He also built out extensive pro bono and diversity initiatives in the division. Jim has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
Jodi K. Morgan
Head of Risk & ComplianceJodi is a vice chair and the chief risk officer of U.S. Bank. She has held that role since 2018 and joined our company in 2014. She previously served in leadership roles at HSBC and as a national bank examiner at the OCC. Jodi oversees all aspects of our company’s risk management activities, including operational risk, credit risk, market risk, model risk, global compliance, independent risk review and regulatory services.This includes integrating risk management into our Agile development studios as part of our digital transformation. Jodi has a bachelor’s degree from University of Northern Iowa and is active in the community including board service for Catholic Charities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. She also serves on the boards of Fairview Health Services and the Risk Management Association.
In her current role, Jodi has oversight over the risk management & compliance management activities of the Bank and is the Bank’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Dilip Venturo
Head of ICTDilip is executive vice president and global chief information and technology officer at U.S. Bank. He has held that role since joining the company in September 2018. Dilip is responsible for global technology infrastructure, capabilities and services, and for ensuring digital and technology transformation. He also serves on the Board of Elavon Financial Services DAC. Dilip holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from Rice University and the Indian Institute of Technology, respectively. Dilip also holds more than a dozen U.S. patents in the fields of analytics, financial transactions and risk management, mobile, customer interaction technologies and digital marketing.
In his current role, Dilip leads and directs the provision and delivery of ICT Services throughout the Bank in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy whilst considering ICT market developments & emerging risks.
Jackline M. Dolan
Head of Treasury & Financial OfficerJackline is a vice chair and the chief financial officer of U.S. Bank. He has held that role since 2016 and joined our company in 1998, previously serving in roles including vice chair of Wealth Management and Investment Services. Under his leadership we have built on our strong financial position, with our returns on assets and equity among the highest in the industry. Jackline has also been a leader in our community development work, such as an initiative in the historic Pullman community on the South Side of Chicago, and investments in affordable housing, economic development and renewable energy tax credit financing. He has been actively involved in numerous community organizations that provide services to the homeless, arts and culture, and higher education. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.
