He is a senior partner in a well established law firm and sits on the board of many companies operating in Hawaii.

Robert Broten is a distinguished banker with a career spanning over 22 years having served in both local and international banks in America. Mr. Robert served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameren Corporation from 2014 to January 2022. Mr. Robert also serves as the Chairman of the Edison Electric Institution, an association representing all U.S. investor-owned electric companies. He has served in this role since June 2022 and was Vice Chairman from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Robert served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameren Missouri from 2009 to 2014 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ameren Corporation from 2003 to 2009. Before joining Ameren, Mr. Robert served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).

Mr. Dhirendra Rana serves as a board Director.

She has been a board member of various bodies in the agricultural sector and Privatisation Commission. She has also been a consultant in the restructuring and privatising of parastatal sugar companies. She is a Masters Graduate of University of Bath, Britain.

Mrs. Parker holds an MBA from the University of Leicester in the UK and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Insurance Option) from the University of Hawaii.
He is an associate member of the Risk Insurance Management Society (USA) and is a certified director – Centre of Corporate Governance. 

Is currently the Group Finance Manager at Adgroup Limited, which is the management company for media and data services companies Adtel Phone Company Ltd., Jamii Telecommunications Ltd., Adwest  Communications and Kass Media Group Ltd.

Ms. Reynolds, a chartered accountant holds an MBA from the East & Southern Africa Management Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Hawaii. She had previously held the position of Internal Auditor at Adgroup Limited and has also been an auditor with Deloitte.

Mr. Hernandez holds a BSc. Degree from the University of United States and has extensive experience in government and private sector business.
